How does Brio handle test subject data?

Brio will use commercially reasonable security measures designed to maintain the confidentiality of your health testing results. Your test results will not be shared or disclosed by Brio to any third party without prior permission, other than in a de-identified aggregate data report, or unless you authorized the release of your test data to your employer as part of your onboarding.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you provide against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use in accordance with the HIPAA standards for the treatment of health data.

Unfortunately, any data protection methods cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide to us. Brio will also comply with CDC requirements regarding reporting COVID-19 screen results to public health authorities.
