How do I log into my personal Brio account?

When you create an account, we ask for your mobile phone number and send you a 6-digit verification code either via text message or an automated phone call so we can be sure that you’re you. This code will expire after 10 minutes for your security. 

You can access your personal Brio account at any time by visiting  testwithbrio.com/login. You'll then enter in the phone number you used to register your account and select your verification method- a text message or an automated voice call and click on the 'Log In' button.

Once you receive the verification code, you'll enter it on the second page and click on the 'Submit' button:

*If you do not provide your phone number when you are registered by an Admin, you will not be able to log into your account but your employer will still be able to view your results. If you would like to have access to your account, please email support@getbrio.com and provide us with the phone number you wish to use. The phone number must not be registered with another user. You will only receive SMS messages from Brio in the form of an automated message letting you know of your recent kit registration and when your results are ready.
